I'm Published...

It is has been a long road for two years, but I am finally a published author.  For two years I worked on a story that had a working title of "Bullies."  In January of this year it's name changed and is now available on the Kindle and the Nook under the title One Hundred, Sixty-Four Minutes.  It has been a long time coming.

It has also been a long road to sleeping this weekend.  I locked myself in my office, turned off my phone and refused to communicate with anyone on Friday night for fives hours and didn't get finished with the editing.  I continued the practice on Saturday until the final project was ready to be proofed by someone other than me.  (Thanks, Monique).  At six o'clock Saturday, the file was uploaded to the Self-Publishing site for the Kindle and for the Nook.  It became available at 0200 Sunday morning for Kindle and 1730 Sunday for the Nook.

Now I am obsessed to find out how it is doing, but none of the sites will refresh to show me if I have had any sales.  I know that mom has bought it and that John is planning on buying it, but other than that -- no such luck to see how popular it might become.
